Patient Stories
Incredible Staff, Great Service
“My daughter has turned 16, and her care has ended at Grandville Pediatric. I cannot say enough about the staff and service that has been provided to her from the very beginning when she was just a toddler. The entire staff is friendly, kind, and patient, and Dr. Mike and Dr. Sally are amazing. For COVID times, social distancing is being followed, hand sanitizer is readily available for customers as soon as you walk in, and temperature checks and screenings are being done to ensure a safe and healthy environment.” — Carrie Ann K.
As a Mom, It Is Comforting
“My three children have gone to Grandville Pediatric Dentistry. The experience is always easy for the kids and there is no fear. Today I was running late due to another appointment our family had and thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The kids love going here, and as a mom, it is comforting.” — Yury G.
Quick, Calm, Gentle
“I was super nervous about taking my two-year-old daughter for her first checkup. She strongly dislikes having her teeth brushed, and I was certain she wouldn’t let anyone near her. She did great! Dr. Sally & Michelle were wonderful at making her feel comfortable. Quick but not rushed, calm, and gentle. My daughter had a smile of confidence when we told her she was all done. My three-year-old son is a patient of Dr. Sally as well. She is so good with young children. Both of my kids’ first experience was better than expected. The office staff is always warm & welcoming. The office is very kid-friendly with super fun treehouse decor and lots of toys to play with while waiting. They even have a little kid potty!” — Jill K.
Great Care, Great Cost
“We have four children being treated at Grandville Pediatric Dentistry and have never been disappointed in either the care or the cost. The staff is incredibly kind and gentle with kids of all ages. My kids literally look forward to going to the dentist. The office is always clean and decorated in such a fun way.” — Joy D.
Tear-Free
“My girls always feel comfortable to go back without me—they are eight and four. Everyone is so welcoming and great with my girls! We have had teeth cleanings, X-rays, and a filling, and the staff is always able to get the girls through it tear-free.” — Monique B.
Great with Special Needs Kids
“Today was technically my son’s second visit here. We have had trouble with oral hygiene due to sensory issues from his autism. After his first visit last year, we determined he had to have oral surgery to fix several issues. Today was his first visit since then for a routine checkup and cleaning. I thought there was no way he was going to let them anywhere near his mouth after last time (rough recovery since he has trouble taking any kind of medications) but the doctor was patient with him and was able to do the cleaning with almost no trouble. He doesn’t seem too bothered by his experience and promptly forgot we were even there during the car ride home. Thank you for all you do!” — Erica B.
